Arcane Forge - Crafting & Combat

Arcane Forge is in its early prototype stage, offering a glimpse into the expansive survival sandbox it's set to become. In this first iteration, players can explore procedurally generated cave systems, discovering hidden lore and gathering resources essential for survival.  The combat system prototype focuses on positioning, where careful movement is key to avoiding danger. The modular crafting system is also in its early stages, allowing for experimentation with a developing chemical material system that will eventually let players create unique tools, weapons, and artifacts.  While still in progress, the enemy system hints at future complexity, with plans for a genetic and evolutionary algorithm that will make adversaries adapt to changing environments as the game evolves. This prototype lays the foundation for an ever-changing world that will grow as development continues.
